• 4-5 tbsp Lactose-Free Yogurt
• 1 spoonful of honey
• Chopped almonds
• Desired fruits
1. Mix the Lactose-Free Yogurt with honey or put it plain in the bowl.
2. Put blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants or any berries of your choice and some chopped almonds on top. Your fruit yogurt is ready. Enjoy your meal.
