1.5 packets of burçak biscuits
4-5 tablespoons of İçim labne cheese
1 teaspoon of any color food coloring

80 g dark or milk chocolate
rice krispies (according to desire)
Crumble the biscuits with our hands, put them in a rondo and puree them. Pour the mashed biscuits into a large bowl. Pour the labneh cheese on it. Since the labneh cheese does not completely soak the biscuits, add milk little by little and knead the mixture. Add a few drops of food coloring on top. You can use food coloring in any color you like.
We knead all the ingredients. Pick walnut-sized pieces from the mixture and roll them. Arrange them on the service plate. Put the milk chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl and place the bowl over the boiling teapot on the stove.
Melt the chocolate over steam with a bain-marie. We decorate the labneh biscuits on the service plate with the melted chocolate and prepare it for service.
