• 200 g of strained yoghurt
• 400 g of mushrooms
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
For sautéing onions;
• 1 small purple onion
• 50 g walnuts
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground red pepper
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Clean and finely chop the mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry them. After roasting, remove from the stove and let cool. Put İçim strained yogurt in a mixing bowl, grate the garlic in it, add salt and mix. Add the cooled mushrooms to the strained yogurt mixture and mix well. Put our appetizer on a plate and spread it in a round shape. Finely chop the purple onion for the topping. Fry with olive oil for 6-7 minutes. Then add the coarsely chopped walnuts. Finally, add salt and pepper powder and remove from the stove. Pour the sautéed walnut onion over the appetizer and serve. Enjoy your meal.
