250 gr İçim Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp İçim Butter
1 cup semolina
1/2 lt İçim Süt
200 g granulated sugar
50 g peanuts
1 tea glass of water
1 packet of vanilla
Bring milk, water, vanilla and sugar to a boil. Lightly fry the semolina and butter together with the peanuts in the pan for about 15 minutes. Add the pink peanuts and grated cottage feta cheese to the milk mixture. Cover the pot and remove from heat after 5 minutes. Let it rest for about 30 minutes by placing a towel paper between the pot. If you wish, you can serve it sprinkled with cinnamon.
