3 tablespoons İçim Labne Cheese
Half a tea glass of İçim Milk
1 teaspoon of İçim Butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon of cracked hazelnuts
Mix the milk, flour and egg in a bowl with a mixer or whisk until there are no lumps and get a smooth dough.
Put İçim Butter in a Teflon crepe pan and melt it. Using a ladle, pour the runny batter into the pan and spread it. Cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Put the crepe on a serving plate, spread İçim Labne Cheese on half of it and arrange the strawberries you sliced beforehand. Sprinkle the hazelnuts on top, drizzle a little honey and cover with the other half. Bon Appetit!
