2 tea glass İçim Fit Coffee Lactose Free Milk
10 soaked dates (soak the dates in water overnight and blend them with the water in the morning)
1 cup walnuts, hazelnuts, raw and unsalted cashews (ground)
1 coffee cup of sour cherries
1 coffee cup raisins
1 tea glass whole wheat flour
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
1 tablespoon of raw cocoa
Beat the egg, vanilla, baking powder, dates and İçim Fit Kahveli Lactose-Free Milk with a whisk, gradually add the flour and cocoa and continue whisking. Continue until the consistency is slightly runny.
After it thickens, add 1 cup of ground nuts, raisins and cherries and mix with a spatula. Add the mixture into a greased cake mold by greasing the baking paper.
Bake in a 140 degree oven for 1 hour. Enjoy your meal.
