1 kg roasted eggplant
150 gr İçim Kashkaval Cheese
200 ml İçim Chief Cream
50 gr İçim Butter
1 tea glass of drinking milk
1 tbsp flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Lightly brown the butter and flour in a saucepan. Add the roasted and blender eggplants to this mixture. Add milk, İçim Chef Cream and other ingredients and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Add the grated cheddar cheese at the end and put it on a serving plate.
