500 g semolina
100 gr İçim Butter
50 g pine nuts
750 ml of water
500 ml İçim Milk
200 ml İçim Chief Cream
1 packet vanillin (or vanilla)
650 g sugar
1 egg yolk
3 drops of bitter almond flavoring
1 pack of İçim Labneh

1.First roast the semolina with İçim Butter and pine nuts until it turns brown.
2. For the syrup for the semolina; mix the water, İçim Milk, İçim Şef Cream, vanillin and sugar slowly in a separate bowl. Meanwhile, beat the yolk of one egg into the mixture.
3.Finally, add the bitter almond drops to the mixture.
4.Slowly pour the syrup of the semolina into the roasted semolina just before it starts to boil and cook over medium heat for a minute while stirring the semolina.
5.Turn the halva to the lowest heat and let it cook very slowly until the syrup is completely absorbed. Enjoy your meal.
6.Note: It is recommended to make it in a steel pan.
1. Glue semolina on the walls of a round bowl, put as much İçim Labneh as desired in the center, cover it again with semolina, then turn it upside down and place it on a serving plate. Garnish with pistachios and pine nuts.
2. Mix the cooked semolina with all of the İçim Labne and place on a serving plate.
