200 g spinach leaves
400 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder, sifted
400 g İçim Yogurt, slightly watery and whipped
160 g İçim Butter, at room temperature
İçim Feta Cheese, crumbled
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Wash the spinach and blend it with İçim Yogurt. Put İçim Butter in the mixer and whisk until it becomes creamy. Add the eggs one by one into the İçim Butter. Add the spinach mixture to a little of the flour. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and turn off the mixer. Add the remaining flour and mix with a wire whisk, slightly ventilating by hand.
Divide the mixture you have prepared into the pre-greased muffin tins. Sprinkle crumbled pieces of feta cheese on top and put in the oven. Bake for 40 minutes and leave to warm. After cooling slightly, remove from the mold and serve.
