Thus, Ak G\u0131da will be able to bring its \u0130\u00e7im branded labneh and fresh cheese varieties to European consumers.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7im milk and dairy products producer Ak G\u0131da&#8217;s application to start exporting labneh and fresh cheese to the European Union (EU) from its production facility in Sakarya was approved by the EU commission following the successful completion of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry inspections.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zen We will increase our exports in the markets we target with our innovative products Stating that they aim to reach new markets by developing their export network, Ali S\u00f6zen, CEO of Ak G\u0131da, said: &#8220;One of the most fundamental dynamics that will ensure sustainable growth in the economy is exports. Despite the negative effects of the pandemic, Turkey&#8217;s exports increased by a record 16 percent in December 2020 compared to the same month of the previous year, which is a very pleasing development. As Ak G\u0131da, we aim to grow our business by increasing our share in global exports with our high value-added production in line with our 2021 roadmap and at the same time contribute to the national economy. First and foremost, we aim to grow in Europe&#8217;s ethnic markets, introduce \u0130\u00e7im quality and taste to European consumers and gain a share in their daily consumption habits. By obtaining the approval certificate for the export of our labneh and fresh cheese products to European Union countries, we are one step closer to our goal.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ak G\u0131da exports more than 20 thousand tons of products from milk to cheese, ayran to pudding to more than 30 countries, including the Caucasus, Egypt, North Africa and the Middle East.
