According to the reference intake values in the annex of the Turkish Food Codex Food Labeling and Consumer Information Regulation, the daily Vitamin D requirement for an adult is 5 micrograms. One glass of İçim D Vitamin-Enriched Milk meets 75% of the daily requirement.
