100 g chickpeas
100 g wheat
300 gr İçim Yogurt
5 glasses of water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp mint
Start boiling the water you soaked the night before and the wheat in enough water to cover them. When the water boils, reduce the heat a little and cook until the wheat and chickpeas are very soft. Remove from the stove and leave to cool. Mix the yogurt with salt in a deep bowl. Add the cooled wheat and chickpeas, İçim Yogurt and mix. Leave to cool in the refrigerator.
Take it out of the fridge and let it rest 5 minutes before serving. You can serve it with dried mint, thyme, dill or cucumber slices on it.
