Barley Soup Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

140 gr İçim Yogurt
1 egg
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup barley noodle
1 quart of chicken broth
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
A pinch of cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs, İçim Yogurt and flour well with the help of a wire whisk. Add chicken broth, cumin, pepper and salt and stir until boiling. Take 2 tablespoons of the barley noodle and set it aside. Add the remaining barley noodle to the mixture you prepared. Boil for 25 minutes, stirring constantly. Depending on the consistency you prefer, you can add hot water or chicken broth again.

Heat the İçim Butter over medium heat. Start frying the barley noodle in oil. After frying for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, remove from the heat and add to the soup. Serve resting.
