Ingredients
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
1 cup chopped onion
21/2 tbsp flour
3 cups diced potatoes
11/4 cups low-fat milk
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup İçim Kashar Cheese
A pinch of paprika powder
Melt the İçim Butter in a deep saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the flour to it. Continue cooking, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the chicken broth, potatoes, milk and water and close the lid of the pot. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes. Add the grated İçim Kashar Cheese and powdered red pepper and mix at regular intervals until the cheese melts. Continue cooking like this for another 2 minutes. After dividing into bowls, serve with chopped green onions sprinkled on top.
