(For 6 People)
300 g chickpeas
500 ml İçim Light Milk
200 g tomatoes
1 tsp glass of apple juice
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 cup chicken broth
4 tsp İçim Semi-Skimmed Yogurt
1 tablespoon paprika, diced
Drain the canned chickpeas and blend them with İçim Light Milk, chopped tomatoes, apple juice and powdered ginger. Continue the process until there is a homogeneous and fluid mixture. Place the mixture in a medium saucepan. Add the chicken broth to it, bring to a boil over high heat.
Season generously with salt and pepper. Serve on plates, garnish with İçim Semi-Skimmed Yogurt and spring onions.
