İçim Chief Cream of Leek Soup Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

4 leeks
1 potato
1 carrot
1 large onion
250 ml İçim Chief Cream
2 tbsp İçim Butter
1 liter of broth
1 teaspoon salt
A pinch of mint
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Peel the onions and chop them into cubes. Heat İçim Butter in a deep saucepan. Start frying the onions in oil. After washing the potatoes, carrots and leeks thoroughly, slice them into equal sizes. Add to the onions and pour in the salt. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add the broth to the mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened.

Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Pass it through the blender and puree. Add the Chief Cream and mix well. Boil for another 5 minutes or so. Serve the soup divided into bowls with mint and black pepper on top.
