İçim Yayla Soup Recipe

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

50 g Rice
25 gr Butter.
1 egg
140 gr İçim Yogurt
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp mint
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 liters of water

Preparation

Wash the rice with plenty of water and drain it. Drain the water into a deep saucepan and start boiling. Add the rice and mix. After it starts to boil, close the lid, leaving it slightly ajar, reduce the heat and let it cook for 20 minutes. Crack the egg into a clean bowl in a bowl. Sift the flour and add it and beat with a wire whisk. Add Yogurt and continue whisking. Add two spoons of the rice water and salt and whisk again.

Add the seasoning you have prepared to the pot in which you cooked the rice and mix. Melt İçim Butter in a small pan, add dried mint to it and lightly fry without burning. Add it to the soup, mix well and serve hot.
