Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

100 g pumpkin
1 potato
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp İçim Butter
1 orange
100 ml chicken broth
1 bay leaf
A teaspoon of salt
A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of fresh thyme, chopped
60 gr İçim İçim İçim Chef Cream

Preparation

Start melting the İçim Butter in the pot over medium heat. Squeeze the orange and set aside the juice. Add the roughly chopped onions and crushed garlic to the pot. Chop the pumpkin into cubes and add to the pot. Add the potatoes, chopping them in the same way, and continue to sauté for a few minutes, stirring. Add the chicken broth, orange juice, and bay leaf. Continue cooking until the pumpkin and potatoes reach a soft consistency. Add a pinch of turmeric. Remove the bay leaf from the pot. Puree the mixture with the help of a blender.

Serve in soup bowls. Garnish the bowls with a spoonful of İçim Chef Cream and chopped fresh thyme and ground fresh black pepper
