Milk Meat Saute Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

500 g cubed meat
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Olive Oil
3 tbsp İçim Butter
1 tea glass of İçim Milk
5 green peppers
5 tomatoes
Thyme
Black Pepper

Preparation

1. Boil the meat and drain. Put the meat in the pot.
2. Add the onions, garlic, salt, olive oil and İçim Butter and sauté.
3. Then add İçim Süt and wait for it to absorb a little water.
4. Add the diced peppers and cook a little more.
5. Peel and dice the tomatoes and cook uncovered.
6. 10 minutes before removing from the stove, add the spices.
7. Cover the pot and cook. Enjoy your meal.

Note : Make sure the milk is at room temperature.
