Ak Gıda, with its İçim, Président and Masterini brands, will be the first brand to be included in the VII. He took part in the International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference. The treats and cooking workshops prepared by pastry master Chef Sedat Yaman with İçim, Président and Masterini products attracted great interest from conference visitors and participants.
Ak Gıda, which produces the largest amount of milk and dairy products in Turkey and is the largest producer in the sector with 6 factories, organized the VII. At its booth at the International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference, İçim hosted gastronomy professionals and enthusiasts with its Président and Masterini brands.
Chef Sedat Yaman’s delicious treats prepared with cream, filtered yoghurt and cheese varieties and workshops such as macaroni with cheese filling, croissants with butter, chocolate with herbal cream filling were the center of attention of the conference participants and stand visitors.
Ak Gıda, one of the most important organizations of world gastronomy, organized this year with the theme of “Sustainability & Biodiversity”. He was among the supporters of the International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference.
Stating that Ak Gıda continues to develop high quality, nutritious and delicious products in line with the needs of its consumers through its R&D activities and environmentally friendly packaging in line with the principles of sustainability, Selin Dora Falay, Marketing Director at Ak Gıda, gave the following information: “Our stand at this conference included our consumer brands İçim and Président, as well as our new brand Masterini, which we recently introduced to the out-of-home consumption market. We find such events useful both for professionals in the sector, future chef candidates and consumers. Our chef Sedat Yaman gave tasting demonstrations at our stand throughout the day and we saw that cooking is becoming a passion for more and more people. We will continue to explain the different uses of our products through such events.”
