200 g baby asparagus
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of İçim Butter
Salt, black pepper
Melt the İçim Butter in a frying pan. Turn the washed and dried asparagus in the pan and rotate for 1 minute. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, line the asparagus. Sprinkle the husk garlic and Himalayan salt on top haphazardly. Season generously with black pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown. It can be served warm or cold, as a starter or as a side dish.
