Jerusalem Artichoke Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients

4 yams, peeled
1 potato, peeled
1 tablespoon capers
Parsley, finely chopped
15 gr İçim Cream Cheese
20 gr İçim Chief Cream
1 teaspoon olive oil
Bread slices
Salt, black pepper

Preparation

Peel and coarsely chop the yam and potato and put them in a pot. Boil in plenty of water with salt. Remove them from the water and allow them to cool. Put the vegetables in a large bowl and add İçim Şef Krema, olive oil and İçim Cream Cheese.

Whisk lightly with a wire whisk to make a soft mixture with coarse crumbs. Add plenty of chopped parsley and mix again. Toast the bread slices and top them with the prepared yam puree. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, garnish with capers and serve warm.
