2 broccoli, florets removed from the stems
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 chicken breasts
4 tbsp İçim Labne Cheese
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
15 ml of water
Steam the broccoli for 4 minutes until tender. Put it in a bowl filled with ice to keep it green.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Saute the shallots for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for another 4 minutes until softened. Remove the broccoli from the ice and place in a large bowl.
Add the onion-garlic mixture in the pan to the broccoli by draining the oil with a slotted spoon. In another bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to İçim Labne Cheese. Add 15 ml of water and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous and smooth. Pour the sauce over the broccoli.
Saute the chicken breasts in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Slice and add to the broccoli. You can serve the salad warm or cold.
