1 cup boiled chickpeas
1 cup İçim Yogurt
3.5 cups of water
2 tbsp flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
Mint
Chili pepper
Salt
1. Put the yoghurt, flour and egg in a bowl and whisk with a mixer.
2. Put the mixture in a saucepan, add water and previously boiled chickpeas.
3. Sprinkle with salt and mix well.
4. Cook over low heat until it reaches a thick consistency.
5. Melt the İçim Butter in a pan, add the chili peppers.
6. After putting the soup in bowls, drizzle the pepper oil you prepared on it and finally serve it sprinkled with mint. Enjoy your meal.
