(For 6 People)
500g pumpkin, chopped
1 large onion
1 sour apple
Fresh ginger up to 1 clove of garlic
1.5 l vegetable stock
200 gr İçim Labneh
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of İçim Butter
Cut the onion and apple into cubes with all the zucchini and put them in a saucepan. Add the vegetable stock, ginger and salt and boil for 20-25 minutes. Add the butter and mix with a hand mixer until there is no lumpiness. Finally, double the flavor of your soup by adding 200 gr of İçim Labneh.
