İçim Şef Meatballs with Mushroom Cream

Ingredients

For the meatballs

300 grams of minced meat
1 medium onion
3-4 slices of stale bread
1/4 (quarter) bunch parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt

For Topping

1 packet of İçim Şef Mushroom Creamy Cooking Sauce
1 onion
1 tea glass of İçim milk
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 cup grated İçim kashar cheese
2 potatoes
3 medium carrots
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
Black Pepper

Preparation

Put the meatball ingredients in a bowl and knead them well.
Grease a medium sized baking tray and shape the meatballs into small balls and place them on the tray.
Bake in a 150 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Put olive oil in a skillet. Chop the onion coarsely and put it in the pan.
Grate the carrot and potato and add to the onion. Roast for 5 minutes.
Pour the vegetable mixture over the meatballs.
Whisk İçim Şef Mushroom Creamy Cooking Sauce and İçim milk in a bowl.
Grate garlic into it and add salt and pepper.
Pour this mixture over the meatballs.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Near the end of cooking, sprinkle İçim kashar cheese over the meatballs.
