Mustard Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 medium potatoes
½ dry onion
1 tablespoon of grainy mustard
1 tablespoon of İçim Chief Cream
½ tea glass İçim Milk
1 pinch of parsley
1 spring onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in a large pot with enough cold water to cover them. Set it aside and let it sit. Finely chop the onion. Prepare the sauce by mixing onion, mustard, İçim Şef Krema, İçim Süt, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Peel and slice the boiled potatoes. Mix with the sauce and place on a serving plate. Garnish with parsley and spring onions and serve.
