500 g pumpkin
1.5 liters of water
1 quince
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
Half a bunch of parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
50 g olive oil
100 gr İçim Filtered Yoghurt
1. Boil pumpkin, quince, garlic, ginger and salt in 2 liters of water for 30 minutes.
2. Then add the chopped parsley and put it in a blender and add the olive oil on it.
3. Divide İçim Filtered Yoghurt evenly on each soup plate and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
