• 4-5 tbsp Lactose-Free Yoghurt
• 1 spoonful of honey
• Chopped almonds
• Desired fruits
1. Mix the Lactose-Free Yoghurt with honey or put it plain in the bowl.
2. Put blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants or any berries of your choice and some chopped almonds on top. Your fruit yogurt is ready. Enjoy your meal.
