400 g radish
55 gr İçim Butter
4 tbsp chicken broth
1 pinch chopped fresh chives
Peel the radishes, cut into 2 cm slices. To prepare the puree, put the radishes in a small saucepan. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain and re-pot again. Add the butter and chicken broth and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Mash and whisk to puree.
If you wish, you can also get help from a food processor or blender. Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
