Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

5 medium-sized tomatoes
150 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
1 bunch of parsley
100 g pounded walnuts
50 g pomegranate syrup
50 g extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Add finely chopped parsley, crushed walnuts, pomegranate molasses, olive oil and salt to the round, sliced tomatoes and mix well in a large bowl. Then put the ingredients on a serving plate and add İçim Strained White Cheese, which you can crumble with your hands to get a natural look.
