Tomato Soup with İçim Şef Cheese Cream

Ingredients

Half pack of İçim Şef Cheese Creamy Cooking Sauce (100 ml)
5 tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons of İçim butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tea glass of warm milk
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
4 cups of hot water

Preparation

Finely peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
Melt İçim butter in a suitable pot. Add flour into the melted butter and roast it until it starts to smell. Then add tomato paste and continue roasting.
Add the chopped tomatoes and continue cooking while stirring.
After roasting for about 8-10 minutes, add hot water to the tomatoes that release their juice and start to cook, mix and leave to cook for about 20 minutes by closing the lid of the pot slightly.
At the end of the time, stir the soup again and then blend it until it has a smooth consistency.
Then add the warm İçim milk and stir for a few turns. At this stage, the milk must be warm. Then add İçim Şef Cheese Creamy Cooking Sauce and mix.
Finally, add salt and black pepper to the soup, stir and wait for it to boil. Boiling tomato soup is ready to serve. Enjoy your meal.
