Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

( 5 Persons )

3 artichokes
4 sprigs of cauliflower
50 gr İçim Labne Cheese
20 gr İçim Cream Cheese
A pinch of dill
Salt, black pepper

Preparation

Cut the artichokes into quarters, boil them in a deep pot of salt in water until soft. Remove from the water and set aside. Boil the cauliflower in the same water for 5 minutes.

Pass the artichokes, cauliflower, parsley, salt and pepper through the food processor and break them up lightly. Don’t forget to leave pieces. Add İçim Cream and Labneh cheeses and mix, then put them on a hollow serving plate. Serve with toast or breadsticks on the side.
