Cauliflower Puree Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

300 g cauliflower
2 tbsp cornmeal
100 gr İçim Butter
150 g İçim Kashar cheese, grated
Salt
Black Pepper
Muscat

Preparation

Boil the cauliflower over steam until soft. Fry the cornmeal and butter in a saucepan until bubbling. Put boiled cauliflower in it, mash it and make it smooth.

Add cheese, a little nutmeg, black pepper and serve warm.
