Cheese Sweat Recipe

Ingredients

( 8 Persons )

350 gr İçim Feta Cheese
350 gr İçim Fresh Cheese
150 gr İçim Labneh Cheese
200 ml İçim Cream
100g spring onions, finely minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 egg whites
100 ml hot water
2 sheets of gelatin
1 pinch of dill

Preparation

Mix the White, Labneh and Fresh cheeses together well in a large bowl. Add İçim Cream to them and continue whisking. Put the leaf gelatins in cold water and leave for 10 minutes. Add to hot water and mix.

Put the egg whites in a glass bowl and beat with a mixer until they become foamy. Add to the cheese mixture little by little, folding from the bottom to the top, stirring. Cover the mixture and place in the freezer for about 6 hours. After taking it out of the refrigerator and resting it, serve it plain or on bread or crackers by garnishing it with dill.
