Marinated Gum Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

6 gourds
70 gr İçim Butter

For marinating

80 ml olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, pureed
15g parsley, chopped
1 cayenne pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced

Preparation

Line the baking tray with baking paper. Place the zucchini, which you cut into rounds, on the tray. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce for the marinade. In a jar with a lid, add vinegar, lemon juice, lemon zest, tomatoes, hot peppers and garlic, shake and mix, add the parsley and mix again. Set it aside.

Heat the Drinking Butter in the pan. Fry the zucchini in preheated oil for a few minutes until golden. Be careful when frying, as they can turn color very quickly. Remove excess oil with the help of a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over them and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Remove 30 minutes before serving. Serve with bread.
