400 g İçim Labne
6 cups of İçim Milk
2 cups semolina
2 cups granulated sugar
2 packets of vanilla
For the wire kadayif decoration;
1 tablespoon of butter
75-100 g of wire kadayif
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
6-7 tablespoons ground
Put İçim milk, İçim Labne, semolina, granulated sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it thickens, turn the heat down, cook for 5 more minutes while stirring and remove from the stove.
On the other hand, rinse the inside of a 20-22 cm diameter and one inch high glass with water. Transfer some of the warmed pudding to the wet pipe. Refrigerate at least overnight.
The next day, remove from the refrigerator and invert onto a serving plate. In the meantime, fry the wire kadayıf, which you cut into thumb-sized pieces with kitchen scissors or a knife, in butter until it turns lightly colored. Add the walnuts and sugar. Cook for a short while more until the kadayifs turn golden brown and turn off the heat.
Take the dessert out of the refrigerator and spread the roasted kadayif all over and around the edges. Garnish with walnuts, fresh mint and red fruits and serve.
