250 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
4 bagels
3 tablespoons chopped
Black olives
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
Cut the bagels into quarters and then in half widthwise. Arrange them on the baking sheet so that each bagel has eight slices. Use baking paper to prevent the bagels from sticking to the oven. Melt the butter and red pepper powder in a bowl and brush the bagels with a brush. Roast in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 10 minutes. Spread 1 teaspoon of cottage feta cheese on each piece of bagel. Divide the olives evenly over the bagels and serve.
