Banana Dessert Recipe


8 bananas, cut in half lengthwise
50 g granulated sugar
1 cup of almonds
25 g cocoa
35 g brown sugar
480 ml İçim Chef Cream
40 g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
1 packet of powdered vanilla
1 can of vanilla ice cream


Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease the paper with İçim Butter. In a medium saucepan, mix 25 g of sugar and 30 ml of water and cook until the sugars dissolve. After the sugar is completely dissolved, reserve a tablespoon of the sauce for later use. Add the almonds to the pot and mix well. Spread the sauce evenly over the baking sheet. Put in the oven for about 12 minutes. Take it out of the oven, sprinkle with a little salt, mix again, then put it in the oven for another 12 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool. In another saucepan, mix 25 g of sugar with cocoa, brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Add 1 tablespoon of sauce and 240 ml of İçim Chef Cream on it. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Keep it in a boiling state for about half a minute, then remove from heat; Add the dark chocolate and İçim Butter into it. Stir quickly. When the chocolate is completely melted, add the vanilla. Beat the remaining İçim Chef Cream with a mixer at high speed. Place your bananas, which you cut in half lengthwise, on splayed serving plates in a butterfly-like way. Place a few scoops of ice cream in the middle of two bananas and top them with chocolate sauce, candied almonds and whipped cream and decorate the sides of the plate with İçim Chef Cream. Serve immediately.
