1.5 kg beef tenderloin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
4 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons İçim Cream Cheese
Season the meat with plenty of salt and pepper. Place the meat on oiled grill wires. Grill the meat for about 30 minutes, depending on the desired degree of doneness (rare, medium or well-done). Let the cooked meat rest for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley, thyme and rosemary on a spread stretch film. Spread mustard and cream cheese on the meat while it is still warm and place the fresh spices on the stretch film you spread. Fold the stretch film over the meat and press lightly. Leave it like this for about 5 minutes.
Open the stretch film and place the meat on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the tray in the oven at 150 degrees for 4 minutes.
Slice the meat you took out of the oven and serve.
