For the dark chocolate mousse
200 g dark chocolate
6 egg whites
2 egg yolks
50 g powdered sugar
For the white chocolate mousse
150 g white chocolate (without vanilla)
150 ml İçim Chief Cream
2 egg yolks
3 egg whites
To prepare the dark chocolate mousse, break the chocolate into pieces in a heatproof bowl. Start melting it bain-marie style over another pot of boiling water. Make sure that the container with the chocolates does not touch the water. In a clean bowl, whisk the egg whites until thick. When the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and leave to cool. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Stir this mixture into the egg whites, folding from bottom to top. Divide the mixture into six glasses and chill in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in the same way. İçim Şef Mix with cream and egg yolk. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into the white chocolate mixture. Add the white chocolate mixture to the glasses in the refrigerator and leave them in the refrigerator again. Leave to cool overnight or at least for a few hours. If you wish, you can decorate the glasses with grated chocolate.
