1.5 cups of rice
1.5 cups of chicken broth
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
Salt
Soak 1.5 cups of rice in boiling and salted water for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, melt the butter in your pot and add the rice and fry for 30 seconds. Pour 1.5 cups of hot chicken broth over it and let it cook over low heat until the water evaporates.
After turning off the heat, place a paper towel between the pot and its lid, let it rest for a while, and then serve hot.
