4 toast breads
İçim Fresh Kashar, thinly sliced
A pinch of parsley, chopped
İçim Butter
Arrange İçim Taze Kashar between the toasts. Sprinkle parsley on top and close the other slice. Apply some İçim Butter onto your cast iron pan. Put your toast in the pan, turn it upside down and gently press it with a spatula and cook until golden brown. Serve while hot.
