For the meatballs
Half a kilo of minced meat
5-6 slices of İçim Sliced Burger Cheese
Freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
As much İçim Sliced Burger Cheese as you wish
Sauces of your choice (ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, barbecue sauce)
Knead the meat and spices well and leave to rest in the refrigerator. After half an hour, cut the meatballs into egg-sized pieces, add İçim Sliced Burger Cheese in small pieces and shape them. After cooking the meatballs in the pan, put İçim Sliced Burger Cheese on them and let the cheese melt slightly with the heat of the meatballs.
Add the toppings of your choice between the hamburger buns, place the meatballs on top and enjoy.
