Cherry Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of coffee
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon almond extract
300 ml İçim Chief Cream
250 gr İçim Labne Cheese
250 gr milk pudding (you can use ready-made from the market or pastry shop)
180 gr cat tongue biscuits
24 cherries, pitted and halved
18 pieces of grated chocolate
100 g couverture chocolate
Cocoa powder

Preparation

In 250 ml of boiling water, mix the coffee and sugar well. When the mixture has cooled, add almond extract. Add İçim Şef Cream and whisk until it thickens. Put İçim Labne Cheese in a bowl and gently mix it with the custard. When they are well mixed, gently fold them into the cream mixture. Arrange the serving glasses. Break the cat’s tongue biscuits and dip them into the coffee mixture. After letting it sit for a while, divide it evenly among the serving bowls to make the bottom layer. Sprinkle with the cherries and grated couverture chocolate. Spread the custard mixture, sprinkle with grated chocolate and cocoa powder again. Repeat layer by layer until you run out of ingredients. Refrigerate for 5 hours. Serve sprinkled with cocoa.
