100 gr İçim Butter
200 g natural brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
100 g flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
250 g chestnut sugar
50 g dark chocolate
100 ml İçim Chief Cream
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush the inside of 6 small baking bowls with İçim Butter. Beat the butter with İçim Şef Krema and sugar until smooth. Slowly add the eggs. Mix with flour and baking soda. Cut 6 chestnuts into 6 pieces and add to the mixture with the melted dark chocolate. Divide the mixture evenly between 6 bowls and place the bowls on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven when the puddings have risen. You can serve the puddings with lightly whipped İçim Şef Krema.
