1 cup İçim Fit Chocolate Milk
1 teaspoon chia
1 teaspoon tahini
1 tablespoon walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews (raw and unsalted) in small pieces
1/2 banana
Add 1 teaspoon of tahini into 1 cup of İçim Fit Chocolate Milk and mix. Add 1 teaspoon of chia and mix, then refrigerate for about 20 minutes. When the chia is well swollen and pudding-like, add 1 tablespoon of nuts and mix gently. You can add thinly sliced bananas on top of the pudding and decorate your dessert. Enjoy your meal.
