Half a glass of chicken broth
3 tbsp İçim Butter
2 cloves of garlic
Half a cup of flour
1 tbsp İçim Kashkaval Cheese, grated
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
4 pieces of chicken breast meat
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
5 slices of veal ham
100 gr İçim Kashkaval Cheese
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
After heating the chicken broth a little, add the butter and garlic. Stir until the butter melts. Add flour, grated İçim Kashar Cheese and ground red pepper and mix again. Set it aside.
Place chicken breasts on wax paper. Put another layer of wax paper and flatten the chickens using a beater. You can also pound the meat with a rolling pin or a hard metal. After seasoning with salt, black pepper and basil, spread the ham on the slices, add the cheddar cheese and wrap it in a roll.
After coating the chicken breasts in the flour mixture you prepared before, place them on the baking tray and pour the remaining mixture over the chickens.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for about half an hour until the chicken turns golden. Serve hot.
