2 tbsp İçim Butter
250 g chicken breast, cubed
3 chili peppers
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 flick of salt
İçim Kashar Cheese (Ornamental)
1. Melt the İçim Butter in the pan.
2. Put the cubed chicken meat on top and fry until the chicken meat changes color.
3. Then add the onions and peppers.
4. Roast until the chicken releases and absorbs the juice.
5. Grate the tomatoes.
6. When the chicken meat absorbs the water, add the tomatoes, tomato paste and salt and continue cooking by stirring.
7. Cook on low heat for another 10 minutes with the lid closed.
8. If you wish, you can also serve it with grated İçim Kashar Cheese sprinkled on top. Enjoy your meal.
