2 chocolate squares
100 ml İçim Chief Cream
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
1 pack of İçim Labneh
3 tbsp chestnuts, crumbled
1 spoonful of flour
For ganache;
1 pack of Dark Chocolate
1 tablespoon of İçim Chief Cream
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
Melt the Chocolate, İçim Butter and İçim Chef Cream over low heat. Add the egg yolks to this sauce. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites well with the help of a mixer and turn them into snow. Add the İçim Labneh, stir and combine with the chocolate mixture. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of flour and chestnut particles and bake in an oven heated to 175 degrees for 15-17 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, gently coat the ingredients given for the ganache and melted in a sauce bowl beforehand, evenly on all sides of the tart, and serve.
